Breaking Bad – The season’s nearly over but few shows on TV today match the drama and plotline of this drug-fueled thriller. Brian Cranston is superb as a high school teacher-turned meth maker and he deserves every award he’s nominated for.
Mad Men – AMC can thank its first critical darling for all those Emmys and Mad Men is slated to come back early next year. You already know the premise but if you haven’t been watching we’ve got just two words for you: why not?
The Walking Dead – Even if you’re not into zombie thrillers, give this one a try. The second season is slated to start soon and it’s set in Atlanta which is a change for the network. It’s got guts and screams but also a lot of heart.
